  1. Take a bowl and mix flour with black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, paprika and baking powder.
  2. In another bowl, mix the liquid ingredients. Whisk eggs, add BBQ sauce and buttermilk.
  3. Wash the chicken steaks and dry them, using paper towels. Add salt and pepper to taste, rubbing the poultry carefully. Leave the meat for 5 minutes.
  4. Put each steak into the bowl with the dry ingredients, then into the bowl with the liquid mixture. The tender breaded steaks are now ready to be baked. Transfer them to the tray and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. In the meantime, place a frying pan with a thick bottom on the stove. Add vegetable oil and heat it. Take the tray with the chicken out of the oven and transfer the chicken into the pan with the preheated oil.
  6. Cook the chicken steaks for 4-5 minutes. The meat will have a light golden-brown color.
  7. Pour the leftover grease into the bowl. Whisk it with the flour and pour into the tray as well. Cook everything for 2-3 minutes.
  8. In a separate bowl you should mix cream with milk. Pour in this liquid, whisking it carefully with the mass in the pan. Cook everything for about 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
