Fresh Vegetable Salad
This salad taste like summer. If you want to treat your guests with something special, cook this dish.

- Wash all the vegetables.
- Mash garlic.
- Mix onion, grated ginger, garlic, ketchup, soy sauce, rice vinegar, oil and water well. This dressing should be smooth.
- Peel pepper and slice it into thin strips. Put it into the bowl with cold water. Wait for several minutes.
- Put lettuce into the plate. Add 4-6 tbsp of the dressing and sea salt. Mix everything well.
- Cut cherry tomatoes into halves; slice cucumbers. Add these vegetables together with sliced pepper on the top of salad leaves.
