Fresh Vegetable Salad

This salad taste like summer. If you want to treat your guests with something special, cook this dish.

Red bell pepper

Cherry tomatoes

Ketchup
1 tbsp
Rice vinegar
1.5 tbsp
Water
200 ml
Vegetable oil
100 ml
Soy sauce
3 tbsp
Sea salt
to taste
White pepper
to taste

Instructions:
  1. Wash all the vegetables.
  2. Mash garlic.
  3. Mix onion, grated ginger, garlic, ketchup, soy sauce, rice vinegar, oil and water well. This dressing should be smooth.
  4. Peel pepper and slice it into thin strips. Put it into the bowl with cold water. Wait for several minutes.
  5. Put lettuce into the plate. Add 4-6 tbsp of the dressing and sea salt. Mix everything well.
  6. Cut cherry tomatoes into halves; slice cucumbers. Add these vegetables together with sliced pepper on the top of salad leaves.
