  1. Wash chicken fillet and wipe it. Rub poultry with salt and pepper. Add sour cream or yoghurt into the bowl. Leave everything for 40 minutes. If you have enough time, you may leave it for the whole night.
  2. Next morning you need to get rid of the extra marinade. Preheat the pan with the butter. Fry chicken for 3-4 minutes for both sides.
  3. When it`s half-ready, continue baking it in the oven, preheated to 356 F. Cook it for 10 minutes.
  4. Put poultry on the plate and cover with the tinfoil. When it`s already cold, cut chicken into cubes or strips.
  5. Peel and chop garlic.
  6. Add olive oil into the bowl. Then you`ll need to add garlic. Leave this garlic oil for an hour to become more fragrant.
  7. Cut white bread into small cubes.
  8. Heat pan with the garlic oil. Start frying bread in it. Add salt and garlic.
  9. In 3-4 minutes put all these cubes into the tray and continue baking in the oven at 356 F.
  10. Wash salad leaves.
  11. Tore each leave and put them into the big bowl.
  12. Boil eggs in salty water.
  13. Peel them and cut into halves.
  14. Wash cherry tomatoes. Cut them, salt and add sugar. Leave tomatoes for 15 minutes.
  15. Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice, garlic and spices.
  16. Use this sauce to make the salad tastier.

Bon Appetite!
