Wash chicken fillet; wipe it and add salt and pepper.
Heat the vegetable oil in the frying pan. Fry chicken fillet in the pan from both sides.
Take a big bowl. Tore salad leaves and put them into the bowl.
Cut each tomato in 2 and add them into the bowl.
Cut onion into thin rings. Add it into the bowl as well.
Cut chicken into cubes and mix it with the rest of ingredients.
Mix yummy sauce. Combine olive oil with chopped garlic and mustard.
Add soy sauce and mix everything well.
