Fresh Salad with Chicken, Mozzarella and Bright Tomatoes
Salads should be light, yummy and healthy. This is one of such recipes. It`s a perfect dinner or lunch. If you are on a diet, you may eat it with pleasure.
Total calories in the prepared dish
- Wash chicken fillet; wipe it and add salt and pepper.
- Heat the vegetable oil in the frying pan. Fry chicken fillet in the pan from both sides.
- Take a big bowl. Tore salad leaves and put them into the bowl.
- Cut each tomato in 2 and add them into the bowl.
- Cut onion into thin rings. Add it into the bowl as well.
- Add mozzarella.
- Cut chicken into cubes and mix it with the rest of ingredients.
- Mix yummy sauce. Combine olive oil with chopped garlic and mustard.
- Add soy sauce and mix everything well.
