Instructions:
  1. Peel apples for the drink to be smoother. This will make your breakfast healthier, as apple skin may be covered with paraffin-wax. Cut out the core of the apple and cut your fruit into cubes.
  2. Defrost spinach and peel kiwi. Still, if you have fresh spinach, it`s preferable to use this ingredient.
  3. Put all the ingredients into the bowl of the blender. Pour water into it.
  4. In order to make your smoothie sweeter, add one teaspoon of honey. Still, you may cook this dish without adding sweeteners. It will still be delicious.
  5. Slowly mash all these ingredients.
  6. Then you need to work faster to mash herbs. Your smoothie will immediately become green.

That`s it. Your sweet smoothie with fruits and vegetables is ready. It`s recommended to eat it right after cooking. If you wait for a half an hour, all the vitamins will disappear and the drink will become less attractive. This drink is very fresh and sweet. Bon Appetite and have a good day!
