Instructions:
  1. Though we are going to use puff pastry, our French dessert will be still amazing. The process of cooking will take no more than 30-40 minutes. First, you`ll need to defrost puff pastry and leave it for 10-15 minutes. You also need to defrost cherries and strain the juice.
  2. Crash chocolate into small pieces.
  3. Flatten the dough. Dust the table with the flour and cut it into small triangles. There will be about 24 pieces.
  4. Fill each triangle with the chocolate. Roll one cherry in the sugar and add it to the chocolate. Form classical croissants and put them into the tray, covered with baking paper and lubricated with the butter.
  5. Cover each croissant with butter or whipped egg. Cook them in the oven, preheated to 392 F for 15-20 minutes.
