French Crepes with Chocolate and Strawberry
Thin French Crepes are very easy and quick to cook. Fresh strawberry will make this dish more exquisite and chocolate will fill you with its sweet energy.
- Whip eggs with milk, water and vegetable oil. Add salt, sugar and flour. Mix everything until smooth.
- Fry thin pancakes on the pan with the small amount of vegetable oil.
- Melt chocolate on the water bath and leave it to cool down.
- Roll thin pancakes and cover them with the chocolate.
