Fragrant Stew for a Real Foodies

Fill the deep frying pan with the oil and preheat it. Add chopped onion, slices of mushrooms and mashed garlic. Cook everything for 5 minutes.
Add sliced beef and cook everything for 5 more minutes.
Add tomatoes, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Stew everything for 10 minutes.
