Fragrant Shrimp Scampi with the Sauce

Instructions:
  1. Melt butter in the frying pan. Add several tablespoons of the olive oil. Peel garlic and cook 4 cloves in it. In several minutes take the vegetable out of the pan.
  2. Now you can add shrimp into the pan. Salt and pepper the seafood. Fry them for several minutes. Do not overcook them! Take the pan off the fire as soon as the shrimp are ready. Cooking seafood will take about 7-8 minutes.
  3. Slowly add wine into the pan. Wait for several minutes and serve the dish. Sprinkle each portion with the lemon juice and add spices! Dust the dish with the chopped parsley.

In various restaurants, this dish is often served with pasta. You may do the same. All you need is to add boiled pasta into the pan almost at the end of cooking this meal.
