Instructions:
  1. Cooking quinoa salads is very easy. To begin with, you`ll need to cook the vegetables. Preheat the oven with the two tablespoons of the vegetable oil. Add sliced onion and garlic into the pan.
  2. Wash quinoa. Add it into the pan as well. Boil everything and cover the frying pan with the lid. Cook everything until the dish is ready.
  3. Take another pan and fry the carrot in it. Cook the vegetable for several minutes. Then you`ll need to add zucchini and red bell pepper to it.
  4. When quinoa is ready, add fried vegetables into the pan. Salt and pepper the dish.
