Instructions:
  1. Peel 40 cloves of garlic and put them on the tray in one layer.
  2. Take big chicken, dust it with salt, pepper, paprika and curry. Rub all these spices in.
  3. Put the spicy chicken on the garlic pillow. Fill it with the sprigs of rosemary and slices of lemon. Use more rosemary sprigs and thyme to decorate chicken. In such a way poultry will be flavored both from the inside and from the outside.
  4. Cover the tray with the tinfoil and put it in the oven. Bake chicken in the oven for 30 min. at 425°F.
  5. When the chicken is ready, you have time to cook 2 sauces.
  6. The first one is delicious garlic sauce. To cook it, preheat the frying pan and sprinkle it with the oil. Put 7-10 cloves of garlic on it.
  7. Add pepper, curry, paprika, mixture of dry herbs and a pitch of hot pepper. Fry it for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  8. Put several sprigs of thyme and rosemary on the frying pan, wait for a minute and remove it from the oven.
  9. Mix in the bowl sour cream grated cheese and this combination of fried herbs. Use blender to beat the sauce well.
  10. Now you can get down to cooking cream sauce for chicken. It`s easier to make it than the previous one. You just need to mix sour cream with the parsley and salt it.

Serve the dish on a big plate together with both sauces for your guests to choose which one is better. They will definitely like this fragrant and delicious poultry.
