· Butter – ½ cup
· Wheat flour – 1 cup
· Sour cream – 1 cup
· Fish fillet – 4 cups
· Onion – 1 piece
· Carrot – 1 piece
· Rice – 0,5 glass
· Olive oil – 15 ml
· Hard cheese – 1 and ½ cup
· Eggs – 2 pieces
· Black pepper – to taste
· Salt – to taste.

1. Make the dough: mix the flour, warm butter and 4 tbsp. of sour cream. Add one pinch of salt. In this case, the dough will be soft.
2. Grind fish fillet and mix it with chopped onion, carrot and boiled rice. Add vegetable oil, eggs, and the rest of sour cream. Add 1 cup of grated cheese, salt and pepper. Mix everything well.
3. Put this dough into the form. Cover it with the filling. Then add the layer of grated cheese. Put your pie into the oven preheated to 356 degrees and bake for 40-50 degrees.
