Instructions:
  1. For cooking these nuggets you may use any type of white fish. The most important thing is that it shouldn`t be fat. IF you like, you may add your favourite spices or dry herbs to taste.
  2. Wash fish fillet and cut it into thin long slices. Prepare two plates: with breadcrumbs and wheat flour. Take another bowl with whipped eggs.
  3. Rub fish with the salt and pepper.
  4. Preheat the pan with the vegetable oil.
  5. Roll each slice of fish in the flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
  6. Fry them in the boiling oil.

Put this snack on the paper towel to get rid of extra oil. Eat them with pleasure!
