Fish Nuggets: Simple and Tasty Snack

- For cooking these nuggets you may use any type of white fish. The most important thing is that it shouldn`t be fat. IF you like, you may add your favourite spices or dry herbs to taste.
- Wash fish fillet and cut it into thin long slices. Prepare two plates: with breadcrumbs and wheat flour. Take another bowl with whipped eggs.
- Rub fish with the salt and pepper.
- Preheat the pan with the vegetable oil.
- Roll each slice of fish in the flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
- Fry them in the boiling oil.
Put this snack on the paper towel to get rid of extra oil. Eat them with pleasure!
