  1. First you`ll need to wash each fish. Squeeze lemon juice. Sprinkle fish with it and add salt. Leave fish for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile you need to cook yummy mass to cover your fish. Sift the flour through the sieve, add salt and pepper. Pour water into the bowl. Mix thick and smooth dough.
  3. Heat oil in the deep pan.
