Instructions:
  1. Easy fish pie can be cooked with baked, mashed or even raw potato. We`ll use the last variant. That`s why you`ll need to peel potato and cut it into the thin circles.
  2. Wash the fish, get rid of the bones and cut it into the middle-sized pieces.
  3. Lubricate the bottom of the form with the butter. Add the layer of sliced potato. Cover it with the fish. Dust everything with the spices. Mix whipped egg with milk and sour cream. Add more spices if you like. Pour this fish pie sauce on the top of your casserole.
  4. Add one more layer of the potato. Put the form into the preheated oven. Bake your dish for 10-15 minutes. Then take the form out of the oven and cover everything with the layer of grated cheese. Continue baking for 10 minutes.
