Instructions:
  1. Mix sour milk with baking soda. Add salt. Mix everything very carefully.
  2. Add vegetable oil. Mix everything one more time. Cover the bowl with the towel and leave it for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Now you may get down to cooking the filling. Grind chicken together with the onion. Cut tomatoes into small cubes. Mash garlic. Combine all the ingredients in the bowl.
