  1. Cut cabbage into big squares and put it into the pan.
  2. Chop the onion and put into the same pan.
  3. Chop parsnip, carrot, celery and pepper. You may also grate it. Mix it with the rest of ingredients.
  4. Add tomatoes into the pan. You may use fresh or canned veggies.
  5. Fill the pan with fresh water. It should cover vegetables. Add 0,5 teaspoon of salt.
  6. Put the pan on the oven; cover it with the lid. When water boils, take off the froth and turn the fire down. Leave it for 20 more minutes.
  7. In 20 minutes add spices into this dish and turn off the fire in 1-2 minutes.
  8. Let it brew for 10-15 minutes.
  9. Serve this soup decorated with greens.

Soup diet works if you eat this dish at least once a week. If you want to lose as many pounds, as possible, you may use my diet. It helped me to get rid of 110 pounds per 5 months. Nevertheless, you should take into consideration the fact that you should use this diet once a year. If you use it more often, it will do harm to your organism. You lose weight too quickly. For the first 9 days I lost 22 pounds. Meanwhile, this diet stimulates your metabolism, so you lose pounds quicker even after the end of the diet. I also suggest to stimulate the process of losing weight by arranging cleansing days once a week. This is where we need the recipe of this diet soup with tomatoes and celery.

So, here is the diet. All the dishes should be eaten without any pinch of salt. Drink only water or sugarless green tea. In addition, always divide your food into 5 portions .Try to eat regularly during the whole day.

1. For the first three days you should eat only cottage cheese and kefir. Eat 21-28 ounce of fat-free cheese per day. There is one more secret: you should always mix 2 ingredients, otherwise cheese won`t be metabolised.
2. During next 3 days eat only fat-free fish. Cook it using a steamer. Personally I prefer to cook enough fish for the next three days. I put it into the fridge for it not to be spoiled.
