Instructions:
  1. To begin with, boil the chickpeas until ready. For this ingredient to be soft, leave the chickpeas in a bowl of warm water overnight.
  2. Chop onion into small cubes.
  3. Peel the garlic and chop it as well.
  4. Wash all the herbs. Chop the parsley, cilantro and spinach.
