  1. First, you`ll need to prepare cauliflower. Use a food processor to shred cauliflower. Do not over mash it. The texture of the mashed cauliflower should resemble rice.
  2. Now preheat one tablespoon of any vegetable oil in the pan with the thick bottom. Mash garlic and cut carrot into small cubes. Fry these ingredients for about 5 minutes. Now add mashed cauliflower and chopped onion.
  3. Sprinkle everything with the rest of the oil. Stir fry everything. The texture of the meal should not be mushy at the end.
  4. Reduce the heat. Whisk two eggs in the small bowl and pour them into the pan with the vegetables. Cook everything stirring from time to time until the dish is fully cooked.
  5. Pour in the sauce, mix everything and saute for one more minute before you turn off the fire.
