Instructions:
  1. Cut off the top of the eggplant. Cut it into thin slices. Fry them from both sides in the pan with the olive oil. If you like, you may add salt.
  2. Now let`s get down to cooking the filling. Mix cottage cheese with herbs. Add wallnuts, garlic, salt, pepper. Add sour cream and mix everything carefully.
  3. Fill each fried slice with this mass and form a small roll.
