Instructions:
  1. First, wash zucchini and dry them using paper towels. Cut of the edges and grate it carefully. Leave them for 15 minutes. When you`re done, get rid of the extra juice.
  2. Grate cheese on the coarse grater. Chop fresh herbs. Grate or chop garlic. Add all these ingredients to the pan with zucchini.
  3. Whisk an egg in the small bowl. Add it to the rest of ingredients. Stir in crunchy breadcrumbs. They will help to form nice chops.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything one more time.
  5. Preheat the frying pan with the small amount of vegetable oil. Cook your chops from both sides for 3-4 minutes.

Serve them with fresh veggies or your favorite salad. You`ll love such a simple and yummy dinner. Bon Appetit!
