Easy Strawberry Jam without Pectin

  1. Take a pan with the thick bottom. Add strawberries with sugar into it. Sprinkle everything with fresh lemon juice. In this case, your jam won`t be too sweet.
  2. Cook everything over low heat, stirring constantly. Strawberries should become softer and sugar should melt.
  3. Mash strawberries carefully and continue cooking for additional 15 minutes.
  4. When your jam is ready, leave it to cool down.
  5. Pour this tender mass to the jars and cover each one with the lid.

This jam can be stored for 10 days in the fridge. If you want to use it for a longer period of time, freeze jam. In this case you`ll be able to eat it for 1-2 months.

There are a lot of ways to use this sweet berry jam:
