  1. Sift dry ingredients through the sieve.
  2. Add the rest of ingredients for the dough. I recommend you to use gel food dye. In this case, the colour of the dessert will be brighter.
  3. Mix the dough for 4-5 minutes. Leave it for 5 minutes.
  4. Cover the bottom of the form with the baking paper. Lubricate the edges of the form with butter. Bake two sponge cakes. Cook each one for 20 minutes at 356 F. Check, whether the dish is ready, using a wooden toothpick. I recommend you to use the oven for cooking this dough. It won`t be that good-looking.
  5. Leave these sponge cakes to cool down.
  6. Cut the top of each layer.
  7. Turn these leftovers into bright crumbs.
  8. Now let`s get down to cooking the cream. Whip melted butter for 2-3 minutes on the high speed. Add sugar powder and continue whipping for 1.5-2 minutes.
  9. Mix this white mass with cream cheese.
  10. Fill a plastic bag with this cream. Cut off one corner. Cover the 1st layer with it. Add the 2nd layer. Fix it with something heave to give the cake right form. Cover the top and the edges with the cream.
  11. Decorate your dessert with bright crumbs and leave it in the fridge for the whole night.
