A simple macaroni recipe is worth your attention. This yummy dish can become a part of your kids’ weekly menu. Macaroni are rich in carbs, vitamins and calcium. That`s why children can eat them with pleasure.

Instructions:
  1. Find a pan with a thick bottom. Pour 3 l of water into it. As soon as the water starts boiling, add salt. Add macaroni into the pot. Mix everything carefully. You can also add olive oil at this stage.
  2. Reduce the heat. Half-cook the macaroni. Strain the water.
  3. Add soft butter into the pan. Gently mix it in with the macaroni. Add milk.
  4. Cook this mixture on a low heat. Don’t forget to stir everything occasionally. Finally, add the last ingredient – grated hard cheese. Cover the pan with the lid. Wait for 5-7 minutes and serve the dish. The cheese will melt and become very tender.

If you prefer baked dishes, you may use another recipe. Just boil macaroni, put them into a heatproof oven dish together with the rest of ingredients and bake at 356 F for 25 min. If you want to make the dish more nutritious, add egg whites. Whip the whites with a mixer. Add them into the pan with the macaroni. Later add bright, raw yolk.
