Everybody has its favorite recipe for a mac and cheese cheese - very good recipes with cheese learn more... casserole. This is the universal dish, you may cook for kids and adults. The best part of the recipe is that you cannot do anything wrong.

Simple macaroni recipe is worth your attention. This yummy dish may become a part of the kid`s ration. Macaroni are rich in carbs, vitamins and calcium. That`s why children can eat them with pleasure.

Instructions:
  1. Find a pan with the thick bottom. Pour 3 l of water into it. As soon as the water starts boiling, add salt. Add macaroni into the pot. Mix everything carefully. You may also add olive oil at this stage.
  2. Slow down the fire. Cook macaroni until they are half-ready. Strain the water.
  3. Add soft butter into the pan. Mix everything very carefully. Add milk.
  4. Cook this mass on the slow fire. Don`t forget to stir everything from time to time. Finally add the last ingredient – grated hard cheese. Cover the pan with the lid. Wait for 5-7 minutes and serve the dish. The cheese will melt and become very tender.

If you prefer baked dishes, you may use another recipe. Just boil macaroni, put them into the form together with the rest of ingredients and bake at 356 F for 25 min. If you want to make the dish brighter and more nutritious, use the egg. Whip whites with the mixer. Add them into the pan with the macaroni. Later add bright raw yolk.
