Easy chocolate sponge cake

Chocolate sponge cake is very easy to cook. If you follow my instructions, you`ll make high and delicious cake. It tastes good in combination with any cream and stuffing you like.

Instructions:
  1. Mix flour, cocoa and sugar in the bowl. Add baking soda and powder. Mix all these ingredients.
  2. Whip eggs with the whisk.
  3. Add milk and vegetable oil into the bowl with eggs.
  4. Mix dry and liquid ingredients until the mass is smooth.
  5. Add a cup of hot water into the bowl and mix everything quickly.
  6. Pour this liquid dough into the baking form, covered with the paper. You do not need to lubricate it with butter.
  7. Put the form into the pan preheated to 424 degrees. In 5 minutes you need to lower the heat to 356 F. Bake this dish for 50 more minutes. When your sponge cake is ready, put it on the grid and leave it to cool down.
  8. Cut it into 3 or 4 pieces.
Your cake is ready. Lubricate it with tender cream. It may be any creamy mass you like. Bon Appetite!
