Instructions:
  1. Peel onion carefully, wash it and chop.
  2. Peel potato and cut it into cubes as well.
  3. Tore cauliflower into separate parts.
  4. Fill the pot with the thick bottom with the butter. Melt it for several minutes. Add onion and fry it for 3-4 minutes until it is soft. Add potato, cauliflower and water.
  5. Salt and pepper the vegetables. Cook them until they are soft.
  6. Strain the water.
  7. Put all the vegetables into the bowl if the blender. Add 1 cup of the broth and mashed garlic.
  8. Turn all the ingredients into the smooth mass and pour it into the pan again. Add cream and heat the soup. Do not boil this soup. If you want the soup to be less thick, add more broth.
