Instructions:
  1. Peel the onion carefully, wash it and chop it up.
  2. Peel potato and cut it into cubes as well.
  3. Tear the cauliflower into separate parts.
  4. Fill a pot with a thick bottom with butter. Melt it for several minutes. Add onion and fry it for 3-4 minutes until it becomes soft. Add potato, cauliflower and water.
  5. Add salt and pepper to the vegetables. Cook them until they are soft.
  6. Strain the water.
  7. Put all the vegetables into a blender. Add 1 cup of the broth and crushed garlic.
  8. Blend all the ingredients until they become a smooth mass and pour them into the pot again. Add cream and heat the soup, making sure that it does not boil. If you want the soup to be less thick, add more broth.
