Instructions:
  1. Wash the meat carefully and get rid of the extra fat. Mix salt with black pepper. Cover the bottom of the tray with half this mass. Put the meat into it and dust it with the rest of spices. Cover the slice of pork with plastic wrap. Leave it for 12 hours. Afterwards you’ll need to wash the meat carefully and wipe it using paper towels. Leave it in the fridge for 12 more hours. The next day, mix all the dry herbs in the bowl. Mash them carefully, using a powerful blender.
