Instructions:
  1. Lubricate a baking tray with butter or cover it with parchment. Take a medium-sized pan and melt butter in it. Do not let it boil. Remove the pan from the heat.
  2. Add vanilla and salt into the pan. Slowly stir in powdered sugar. Mix everything carefully for there not to be any lumps. This mass should be very smooth. Only in this case will you get perfect candies.
  3. Add peanut butter and mix everything one more time.
  4. Transfer this mixture to the pan. Make the top layer nice and smooth. Cover it with plastic wrap and put into the fridge for 1-3 hours.
  5. Now you can take the tray out of the fridge and cut it into pieces.

Store these yummy candies in the fridge. You can store them for about a week.

If you want to make the process of making this delicious dessert easier, cook it in the microwave oven! All you need is to mix butter with peanut butter and microwave it for 2 minutes. Mix everything carefully and microwave for 2 more minutes. Continue cooking the fudge, following the recipe.
