Easy Beans and Ham Soup with Dumplings

- To cook easy bean and ham soup, pour 2 cups of water and vegetable broth into a large
pot. Add canned beans, half of ham (chopped) and thin slices of celery. Bring the liquid
to boil. Cover the pan with the lid and cook for 45 minutes.
- In the meantime, you can make the dumplings. It is very easy – all you need is to whisk
eggs and mix with the flour. Add water and knead the dough. It should be soft and
non-sticky. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- Form small dumplings. Add them into the pan with soup together with slices of ham.
- Continue cooking easy ham soup until the dumplings are done.
