Eastern Salad with Chickpeas
Nutritious salad with chickpeas is very tasty.
Total calories in the prepared dish
- Wash chickpeas and put it into the bowl with the cold water. Leave it for 6 hours or even for the whole night if you have enough time. Wash chickpeas and boil it until this ingredient is ready.
- Cut tomatoes into thin slices. Cut onion into thin rings.
- Chop parsley.
- Mix chickpeas with onion, tomatoes and parsley. Add all your favourite spices and mashed garlic.
- Mix all the ingredients and add olive oil.
