Eastern Salad with Chickpeas
Nutritious salad with chickpeas is very tasty.

Wash chickpeas and put it into the bowl with the cold water. Leave it for 6 hours or even for the whole night if you have enough time. Wash chickpeas and boil it until this ingredient is ready.
Cut tomatoes into thin slices. Cut onion into thin rings.
Mix chickpeas with onion, tomatoes and parsley. Add all your favourite spices and mashed garlic.
Mix all the ingredients and add olive oil.
