Instructions:
  1. Wash and peel carrot and onion. Cut onion into half-rings. Then you`ll need to cut carrot into thin strips.
  2. Turn on the slow cooker. Add vegetable oil.
  3. Add onion and carrot.
  4. Fry the vegetables. Do not cover the pan with the lid. Cook everything for 20 minutes. Wash beef, wipe it using paper towels and cut it into pieces.
  5. Add meat into the bowl of the slow cooker.
  6. Then you need to add spices and pepper.
  7. Fry meat for 20 minutes. Wash rice and add it into the bowl as well.
  8. Add hot water and salt. Cut off the top of the garlic. Wash it and put into the bowl.
  9. Cover it with the lid and cook for 45 minutes. Then you`ll need to wait for 10 more minutes for your dish to become softer.
  10. Mix everything carefully and fill the big plate with hot and spicy rice.

Traditionally this dish should be served with pita bread and tea.
