- Wash and peel carrot and onion. Cut onion into half-rings. Then you`ll need to cut carrot into thin strips.
- Turn on the slow cooker. Add vegetable oil.
- Add onion and carrot.
- Fry the vegetables. Do not cover the pan with the lid. Cook everything for 20 minutes. Wash beef, wipe it using paper towels and cut it into pieces.
- Add meat into the bowl of the slow cooker.
- Then you need to add spices and pepper.
- Fry meat for 20 minutes. Wash rice and add it into the bowl as well.
- Add hot water and salt. Cut off the top of the garlic. Wash it and put into the bowl.
- Cover it with the lid and cook for 45 minutes. Then you`ll need to wait for 10 more minutes for your dish to become softer.
