Dolmah with Lamb
Dolmah is popular Turkish dish. In fact, for cooking such a meal you`ll need to use only vine leaves. If you like, you may also add rice, fish, vegetables and nuts. Today I will share with you classical recipe for such a dish.

Soak vine leaves in the cold water and leave everything for 2-3 hours.
Put rice into the bowl and leave it for several minutes as well.
When it`s already soft, mix it with chopped parsley, garlic, onion, salt and pepper.
Chop lamb into small cubes.
Preheat the frying pan with the olive oil and add meat. Fry it until ready.
Strain rice and add it into the pan with meat. Add 200 ml of bouillon. Cover the pan with the lid and cook everything until the rice is soft.
Fill all the leaves with this mass and form tight rolls.
Put all these rolls into the deep bowl and add the rest of bouillon. Cook everything 30-40 minutes.
Serve this dish with your favourite vegetables and yoghurt.
