Instructions:
  1. First, prepare pie crust. You can cook both homemade piecrust or the one you`ve bought in the supermarket. Bake it at 400 F for 15 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, prepare tomatoes. Cut them into slices and transfer them to baking tray covered with parchment. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Bake tomatoes for 15 minutes. They should be dry and a bit crunchy.
  4. Take the tray with pie crust and add the layer of hard grated cheese. Use 0.25 cup of cheese right now. Cook the pie for 3-5 minutes until cheese melts.
  5. Now take the tray with pie crust and the tray with tomatoes out of the oven. Leave both of them to cool down. It will take about half an hour.
