Diet Thin Pancakes without Milk


If you`re going to cook yummy pancakes, it`s not necessary to use a lot of ingredients. Here is the simple and easy to cook recipe. These pancakes may be stuffed with any ingredients you like or simply served on the plate with jam or honey.

  1. Break eggs into the bowl and whip them with salt and sugar. You need to whip everything for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add 1 cup of hot water into the bowl. Continue whipping.
  3. Add more flour and mix everything, using a mixer. There shouldn`t be lumps in the bowl.
  4. Add salt and one more cup of water to the dough. Mix everything one more time.
  5. Add more vegetable oil. Mix the dough and leave it for 15-20 minutes in the warm place.
  6. Now you need to get down to cooking pancakes. Preheat dry pan. Add small portion of the dough and fry thin pancake.
  7. Cook them from both sides until they are ready. From a pile of pancakes and cover it with the towel.

That`s it. Your pancakes are ready. Fill them with cottage cheese, meat or simply cover with the butter. All the variants are very tasty!
