Traditional Italian Panna Cotta is made of fat cream. However, if you want to cook yummy diet dessert, you may replace this ingredient with coconut meal.
This creamy dessert is light and tender. Bright berry sauce makes the taste of the topping rich and sweet. Let`s cook it together!

Instructions:
  1. Mix gelatin with warm water in the bowl and leave it for 5 minutes. Preheat coconut milk with vanilla extract, honey and sugar. Wait until sweet ingredients melt. Add gelatin and mix everything one more time. Do not leave this mass boil.
  2. Cover all the forms with coconut oil. Add warm mass and leave in the fridge for 4 hours (or even for the whole night, if you have enough free time).
  3. Now let`s get down to cooking yummy topping. Mix berries with honey. Cook everything for 3 minutes. Add sweet liquor. Leave this mass to cool down.
  4. Put the form with panna cotta into the bowl with hot water and leave it for 10-15 seconds. Take this dessert out of the form and decorate each portion with berry topping.
