Diet Kebab, Made of Chicken Fillet and Vegetables
This amazing chicken kebab may be eaten as a light diet dinner or become a part of a festive meal. It may be served with any garnish you like. However, if you want to be healthier, choose fresh or baked vegetables.

For cooking this yummy dish you`ll need to choose ground chicken. Mix it with the chopped onion, spices and salt. Mix everything carefully.
Form long sausages with the wet hands. Skewer them.
Cover the tray with baking paper or tinfoil. Add skewers into the tray. Fill it with sliced vegetables. Add several drops of the vegetable oil.
Bake everything for 30 minutes at 392 F.
Turn each “chop” over each 10 minutes.
While meat is being cooked, boil broccoli in the salty water.
