Diet Chops


When summer comes, it`s time to eat light food and become healthier and thinner. Here is the recipe of delicious chops, you may eat to lose some extra pounds. You can be afraid that this dish tastes awful. I thought so too. Still, when I started to eat these chops instead of classical, I managed to lose 22 pounds without starving. You may use this recipe too, to make your diet ration more various.

  1. First, fill the bowl with bran and milk.
  2. Put egg, garlic, onion, salt, pepper into the bowl of the blender. Beat everything up.
  3. Add bran into the bowl as well and mix everything once again.
  4. Turn oatmeal bran into crumbs.
  5. Form small chops, roll them in crumbs and start frying. As vegetable oil isn`t included into the diet menu, you need to use small amount of it.
  6. Fry your chops from both sides.
  7. Oil will soon disappear and this dish will be healthy.
  8. Cover your frying pan with the lid and continue cooking until they are ready.
