Instructions:
  1. First, cook creamy salad dressing. Take a medium bowl and mix plain Greek yoghurt with chopped dill, fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add minced garlic to make this dish more fragrant.
  2. Whisk everything carefully and set the bowl with the sauce aside.
  3. Cut cucumber into thin slices The best way to do it is to use mandolin slicer.
  4. Cut red onion into thin half-rings. If you use yellow onion, leave it in the small bowl with hot water for 5 minutes. In this case, onion won`t be bitter.
  5. Mix all the ingredients in the bowl for the vegies to be covered with creamy garlic-yoghurt sauce.

 This salad is refreshing, yummy and really versatile. You can eat with roasted potatoes, puree, grilled or fried meat. It`s also a good idea to serve fresh salad over pita or use it for cooking spring rolls.
