Instructions:
  1. Cut ribs into thin pieces. Rub them with the salt, pepper and spices.
  2. Fry the ribs on both sides in a big pot. Cook them for 5 minutes. Cut the celery, carrot and onion into small pieces.
  3. Add all these ingredients into the pot with the meat. Salt the dish. Stew everything for 10-15 minutes. If needed, you can add vegetable oil or water.
