- First, prepare the fish. It is recommended to eat fresh fish. However, if you`ve bot frozen fish, defrost it carefully. Leave it in the fridge for the whole night.
- Peel your fish and wash it carefully. Dry it with paper towels and rub it with pepper.
- Mix soy sauce with olive oil. Use this mass to rub your fish.
- Transfer it to the baking tray, covered with the parchment. Add fresh rosemary and thin onion rings.
- Bake everything at 400 F for 30 minutes.
