Instructions:
  1. First, prepare the fish. It is recommended to eat fresh fish. However, if you`ve bot frozen fish, defrost it carefully. Leave it in the fridge for the whole night.
  2. Peel your fish and wash it carefully. Dry it with paper towels and rub it with pepper.
  3. Mix soy sauce with olive oil. Use this mass to rub your fish.
  4. Transfer it to the baking tray, covered with the parchment. Add fresh rosemary and thin onion rings.
  5. Bake everything at 400 F for 30 minutes.

Serve it immediately with baked or mashed potatoes and fresh vegetable salad. Bon Appettit!
