Delicious Sausage Muffin
Today I want to share with you the recipe of simple snack you may take away and eat at work. These bisquick sausage muffins are also perfect for picnics. I usually cook this dish when we are going somewhere to ski or sled. It can be eaten with hot tea or any of your favourite drinks. Your kids will love such a snack. Mix wheat flour with corn flour.
Add sugar, salt and baking soda into the bowl with kefir. If there is no reaction on adding of soda, you may pour several drops of vinegar in it.
Melt margarine and mix it with yoghurt.
Start adding mixture of flours into the bowl. Then add eggs and continue mixing. The dough should be thicker than sour cream. Leave it for 30 minutes.
Cut sausages. The size depends on the size of forms.
Lubricate each form with vegetable oil and fill 2/3 of it with the dough. Put the sausage into the centre of muffin.
Bake at 356-392 degrees for 15-25 minutes.
Now our bisquick breakfast muffins are ready! You may serve them together with mustard or ketchup. However, I like to eat sausage muffin without any sauces. Enjoy your meal with Very Tasty!
