Instructions:
  1. Mix the flour with the salt. Add cold grated butter. Mix everything carefully.
  2. Turn this dough into crumbs.
  3. Add cold milk and knead the dough. Do not work with it for too long.
  4. Divide the dough in 2 parts. Flatten 2/3 of the dough and put this circle into the form.
  5. Preheat the pan with the butter. Add garlic (peeled and mashed with the knife). Cook this ingredient for 30-60 minutes to make the oil fragrant.
  6. Wash spinach and chop the leaves. Take garlic out of the pan and add the spinach into it. Stew this green ingredient for 5 minutes. Do not cover the pan with the lid.
  7. Chop onion and dill and add these herbs into the pan with the spinach. Cook everything for 1-2 minutes. Take the pan off the fire and leave the filling to cool down.
  8. Mash cheese and add it into the bowl with cold herbs. Mix everything carefully. Whip an egg and add it into the bowl with herbs.
  9. Fill the form with the dough with this yummy mass.
  10. Flatten the rest of the dish and use this layer to cover you pie. Cut the middle crosswise.
  11. Lubricate the pie with the whipped egg. If you like, add sesame seeds.
  12. Bake the pie in the oven, preheated to 356 F. I`ll recommend you to cook this salty pie for 30-40 minutes.
