Instructions:
  1. First ,mix baking powder and wheat flour in the deep bowl.
  2. Take clean and dry mint leaves. Mix them with sugar and mash using blender. Add melted butter and one egg into the same bowl. All the ingredients should be warm. At the end you`ll have nice and fragrant green paste.
  3. Sift flour through the sieve and mix dry ingredients (flour and baking powder). Make a dough. It should be soft and non-sticky. Do not add too much flour.
  4. Form small round cookies with wet hands. Put them on the tray, covered with baking paper.
  5. Use wet fork to decorate the cookie and flatten it a bit.
  6. Bake your mint cookies for 15 minutes at 392 degrees. It`s important that your cookies should be wellbaked, but not too crusty. They shouldn`t lose their nice green colour. If you keep cookies in the oven for too long, they`ll become dirty-green.

I managed to cook 19 cookies using this dough. They are really soft and very fragrant. It`s recommended to keep these cookies in the jar with the lid. Try this yummy pastry and all your family will be pleased with its taste and the aroma, filling the house.
