Hello, friends! Let’s cook the best biscuits without eggs and sugar. These simple biscuits can be cooked in 15 minutes. These quick biscuits are crispy, flaky, and very tasty. My daughter likes these good biscuits very much.

  1. Sift the flour on the table.
  2. Grate cold butter on a coarse grater.
  3. Grind the flour and butter into crumbs.
  4. Add baking powder, vodka and sour cream.
  5. Knead the dough, add more flour if needed.
  6. The dough should be non-sticky, soft and elastic.
  7. Wrap the dough in cling film and put it into the fridge for 30 minutes.
  8. Take the dough out of the fridge and divide it into 2 parts.
  9. Take openwork knife and divide the dough in small rectangles approx 6-7 cm.
  10. Whisk the egg in the bowl and grease the biscuits with it.
  11. Drop the cookies with the greased side into sugar.
  12. Put parchment on the baking pan and grease it with the vegetable oil.
  13. Put the cookies on the parchment paper.
  14. Put them into the oven, preheated to 392 F degrees and bake for 15-20  minutes until golden brown.
