Delicious Fish Soup. Russian Meal for Everyone
This soup has a rich history and is famous in most of Middle-Eastern countries.

Wash fish and peel it. If it`s too big, cut it into pieces.
Fill the pan with the tails and heads of the fish; add water and salt. Boil this soup. Get rid of the froth. Slow down the fire. Cut onion in two pieces. Add it into the pan together with the bay leaves and black pepper. Add parsley and dill. Cook everything for 40 minutes.
Strain this soup and get rid of the tails and heads. Replace it with the fish fillet. Cook everything for 10 more minutes.
