Instructions:
  1. To begin with, cook hard-boiled eggs. It will take about 15 minutes to cook them. Drain eggs and leave them to cool down in the cold water.
  2. Heat frying pan with the small amount of vegetable oil. Chop onion and add it to the pan. Fry it, stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes for it to become soft.
  3. Cut wild mushrooms into small pieces. Add them to the pan with onion. Fry everything for additional 5 minutes. They will lose most of the liquid and become smaller in size.
  4. Leave mushrooms to cool down. In the meantime, peel your eggs. Cut each one and take off the yolks. Add them to the middle-sized bowl. Mash them using a fork. Stir in mayonnaise and paprika. We recommend using homemade mayonnaise. You can replace it with plain yoghurt or sour cream mixed with mustard.
  5. Now it`s time to add onion and mushrooms. Mix everything one more time.
  6. Stuff each empty half of an egg with this tender mass. Decorate each portion with canned mushroom to make the snack look even better.
