  1. The recipe for chocolate cake is very easy; even beginners can cope with it. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Cover a baking pan with soft butter or olive oil.
  2. Take a large bowl and mix all the dry ingredients in it. Mix flour with cocoa powder, sugar, salt and baking powder in it.
  3. Whip the blueberries with honey, milk, apple cider vinegar and vanilla until the mass is very smooth.
  4. Combine this mass with the dry ingredients. Do not overmix the batter. It should be smooth but not too thick.
  5. Now add the eggs one by one. Knead the dough carefully.
  6. Pour this dough into the baking pan, covered with the oil. Bake everything for 20 minutes. Check whether the dish is ready, using a toothpick. Be careful not to overbake the dish.
  7. Leave the dish to cool down for 15-20 minutes.

Top this dessert with chocolate ganache and decorate it with fresh blueberries.
