Instructions:
  1. For cooking any dish with chickpeas you`ll need to prepare this ingredient beforehand. Fill the pan with the bans. Add hot water and leave the ingredient for 14-16 hours.
  2. Next morning you can get down to boiling chickpeas. Cook this ingredient for about 1.5 hour. It will be soft enough but not mashed. At the end of the process of cooking you may add salt.
  3. Fill the cup with the bouillon. Leave it; you`ll use it later.
  4. Strain the rest of water.
  5. Cut carrot into small cubes. Do the same with the onion.
  6. Put these vegetables into the pot with the small amount of the vegetable oil. Stew the vegetables for 2-5 minutes. Add a pinch of salt.
  7. Now you may add boiled chickpeas into the bowl with the stewed vegetables.
  8. Pour the leftovers of the fragrant bouillon into the pot. Mix everything carefully.
  9. Boil these ingredients for about 15-30 minutes.
  10. Meanwhile cut tomatoes into the pieces. Add these slices into the pot.
  11. Stew everything for 10 minutes until tomatoes are soft.
  12. Take the pot off the fire and leave it to cool down. Put these ingredients into the bowl of the blender. Mash everything, turning this stew into the smooth mass.

Now you`re done. Put this tender mass into the plate. Add fresh sour cream and decorate your meal with the parsley. Likewise chickpea salad, stew and mashed beans are very popular in various Eastern countries. Try to cook this yummy meal for your family and they will definitely love it!
