Instructions:
  1. Cacciatore recipe is rather easy. For cooking this dish you`ll need to prepare meat beforehand. Wash chicken legs in the cold water. Cut off the skin and wipe them with the paper towel. Wash carrot well and peel it. Peel onion and garlic as well. Chop them into small cubes.
  2. Put the pan on the fire. Fill it with the olive oil. Cook chicken legs until meat is golden-yellow.
  3. Slowly add wine into the pan. As soon as the liquid starts boiling, slow down the fire and cover the pan with the lid.
  4. Stew everything for 7-10 minutes. Now you may add chopped onion, carrot and celery.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything one more time and continue cooking for 5-7 minutes. Then you may add tomato sauce or fresh mashed tomatoes. Pour either hot water of chicken broth into the same pot. If you need, you may add more spices to taste.
  6. Later add rosemary and garlic. You may either chop garlic into thin pieces or mash it. If there is no rosemary in your fridge, replace it with any herbs you like.
  7. Cover the pan with the lid and stew everything for 15-20 minutes. Stir everything from time to time,
