  1. If you`ve bought frozen fish, leave it in the fridge for the whole night to defrost.
  2. Next morning drain it and wash carefully. Dry each fish fillet and rub it with salt and pepper. Sprinkle each steak with fresh lemon juice.
  3. Cover baking tray with the tinfoil.
  4. Cut onion and tomatoes into thin rigs. Arrange fish on the tray and cover each steak with vegetables.
  5. Grate hard cheese and top each portion with a handful of cheese.
  6. Top baking tray with one more layer of the tinfoil and transfer it to the oven.
  7. Bake your catfish with cheese and veggies for a half an hour. Then take the tray out of the oven and get rid of the tinfoil. Bake your dish for five more minutes.
